If you are planning to see us in the near future for an initial assessment, you may likely have some questions about our clinic. We have put together a list of our most frequently asked questions here, for your convenience.
What times are you open?
Appointments are available between 8am to 8pm Monday to Thursday and Friday 8am to 1pm. We are also available Saturday 9am to 1pm.
Do you only treat sporting injuries?
No, we treat all areas that cause you concern whether caused by sporting activities or not.
Do you treat WSIB and Auto Accident related injuries?
Yes, we treat all types of WSIB and Auto Accident related injuries.
Can I self-refer or do I need a letter from the doctor to attend?
You can refer yourself to the clinic if you are paying for the treatment yourself. Your insurer may require a referral, you may want to contact them first. However if you are privately insured and want them to pay for your treatment you should contact them first for to make sure you are covered.
What happens if I need to be referred onwards for another opinion?
The treating therapist will write to your doctor outlining your symptomology and suggesting that onward referral is appropriate. You can then make an appointment to see your doctor to discuss the contents of our letter and chat about your doctor’s thoughts and suggestions.
Does all your staff regularly attend courses?
Yes, all our staff regularly attends courses to enhance their skills and to continue their professional development and keep abreast of the latest techniques and equipment.
