Abby is a Physiotherapy Assistant at North Whitby Physiotherapy and recent graduate of McMaster University, where she completed her Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology and Concurrent Certificate in Rehabilitation Science.

During her time at McMaster, Abby gained hands-on experience as a Student Field Therapist with the McMaster Men’s Rugby Team, providing injury assessment, immediate care, and rehabilitation support. She also worked as a Student Clinical Therapist at the David Braley Sport Medicine and Rehabilitation Centre. Abby is passionate about helping individuals feel confident throughout their recovery and return to the activities they enjoy. She looks forward to supporting patients in reaching their rehabilitation and wellness goals while continuing to develop her clinical skills.

Outside of work, Abby enjoys coaching gymnastics, travelling, hiking with her dog, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
