Farhana is a physiotherapist with a strong clinical focus on pelvic health and NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT). She is a Level 2 NeuroKinetic Therapy practitioner and has completed advanced training in pelvic health, including certification in pessary fitting for the management of pelvic organ prolapse. Committed to ongoing professional development, she is currently pursuing further advanced training in both pelvic health and NKT to continue refining her assessment and treatment skills.

In addition to her pelvic health and NKT expertise, Farhana is trained in the McKenzie Method for the assessment and treatment of neck and back pain, and she provides skilled care for temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders. She integrates these approaches to identify and address the root causes of dysfunction, optimize movement patterns, and support long-term recovery.

Outside of work, Farhana enjoys gardening and spending time with her husband and two children, which helps her maintain balance and fulfillment in both her personal and professional life
